Manojlo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dramatic Arts at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. He teaches Media Theory, Video Games History, Video Games Studies, and Mass Communication Media. Manojlo completed his undergraduate and graduate studies with a major in Sculpture at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. While at the University of Arts in Belgrade he defended his doctoral dissertation titled “Criticism of the Politics and Phenomenology of Video Games”. He is the founder of the Game Development and Education (GEDU) conference, and the creator of the accredited Video Game Design study program. He has published his dissertation and a number of other texts in the field of video games studies, visual culture and art pedagogy in domestic and foreign scientific journals. He is now a member of the editorial board of several scientific journals, has participated in national and international conferences, and also worked on numerous projects taking on roles as both a participant and leader.
